To make Corned Beef and Cabbage at home, try shopping at Shoprite in Ramsey, NJ or in Wyckoff. They appear to have the best deals each year on Corned Beef, fresh cabbage, red potatoes and even Irish soda bread!
Here are my favorite restaurants in the area with week-long specials. St. Patrick's "day" isn't just one day anymore!
1.Shannon Rose, Ramsey, NJ
This local favorite is actually having MONTH long St. Patrick's Day events and food specials!
They will also have a kid's brunch on March 17th!

2. Brady's at the Station, Ramsey, NJ
Also located in Ramsey, but in the downtown area, Brady's is hosting local groups who will perform traditional Irish dances and music. They will also be offering St. Patrick's Day fare and specials on both Monday March 16th and Tuesday, March 17th (official St. Patrick's Day).

3. MacMurphy's, Ridgewood, NJ
Located just past the train station near West Ridgewood Avenue, MacMurphy's in Ridgewood is a local staple. Remember it WILL get crowded early, so make your reservations ahead so you don't have to squeeze in to enjoy your delicious cottage pie!
